What is the wheel dimensionally/ Specifically, the offset and what size tires are on it?

We bought a pair of SVE 18x9, 24mm offset {+}s for the back of our 95 Cougar and tried them on the front to see if they would clearance. Suprise! Despite all said on here about min-max appearing authoritative ("no bigger than 17x 8 and 245/45") they look perfect, and clearance nicely with 275/40R18 Hankooks on. They look so good that we are getting 20x10s for the back, and using the 17x8 1993 Tri-Bars with 235/55ZR17 for spares.
