Ive heard people claim .2-.3 with a JMOD in which I called BS, lol...

I was thinking that MAYBE you could see a .1 gain from a completely stock trans to a full jmod with no springs just because it would be shifting that much faster, even then, sounds like a lot.


Anyone have any thoughts on this?

It really depends on the condition of the 4R70W. A hurting 4R70W that gets a JMOD may very well see a .3 ET drop before it dies. If the 4R70W is relatively healthy, it will help but I wouldn't put a time to that.

I would call it not measurable in general and that isn't why you do this mod. As stated, it helps, but it mostly helps the transmission.
