Just wanted to let the group know that I have a 1983 Thunderbird Heritage with an eec III ignition and still drive it. I've recently replaced the transmission and its on its second engine but the car runs great. Many many years ago everything that had nothing to do with the way the engine ran such as that stupid air pump was removed. It's great to know that I can still get parts for it. So just wanted to post this, obviously I like this vehicle. Just wondering if I'm the only one operating a 1983 Thunderbird?

You probably are the only one on here with an 83. Most of us have 89-97 cars, but the fox body aero cars are cool! Post pics of your bird!

I primed the exterior, but never a finish coat, so now have to reprime again, my bad. This year new AOD and water pump, 302 EECIII (but it still works).
