There are there are four different versions of this race that exist and as far as anyone knows no full version video. There is 35 minute NBC condensed video. There is an hour and fifteen minute satellite raw feed version. There is a Winston 500 DVD which places the MRN audio over top the race which I believe is the version above. Last but not least there is a full audio version of the race that MRN broadcast if you are lucky enough to find it.
I made it out to Milan Dragway last evening for the first time since the new motor got completed and tuned. Weather was far from optimum, with air temps in the low to mid 90s, but traction was good. The NT05Rs fully met my expectations! I only made two successful runs, but both were significant...
I once read that the current LSR Record from ECTA was 125mph for an MN12 Thunderbird.
