So, we got the car running after two years of sitting.
New spark plugs, octane booster, oil change, hoses, battery, etc.
When the car started up, a little black smoke, a rattle, and then it was fine. The belt needs to be replaced, but that's not really an issue right now.
At first none of the dash, AC/HEAT, Radio or turn signals worked.
But it had lots of juice to do interior lights, brights, etc.
After 5 minutes, everything turned on- in the middle of driving.
We go to the mall, same thing- nothing worked for about 10 minutes.

1.Heat is dead.- Anyone know where I can find the blower motor on this car? (We can't find the manual)
2.Why does it take the electronics awhile to turn on?
3.Any relays/MFS switches should be replaced?
4.What else could we do to help this old beast run a little bit better?

Thanks guys!!

We also own a 94 LHS, twin to the Concorde.

I don't recall hearing about any problems like you describe. I venture on the dodgeintrepid.net often.

On a guess the computer may need to be replaced.
On older cars functions like wipers, lights, radio all had their own circuit. On most newer stuff like your Concorde all inputs like wiper speed, door switches go to the computer and outputs from the computer operate the accesories.
