If you're doing the Miata swap, don't you need a 7.5" pumpkin? I don't remember if the 8.8" fits. If the 7.5" is what you need, you're not going to find a 2.73 trac loc IRS pumpkin. The only 7.5" IRS trac locs I've ever seen were 3.27s. If you can use the 8.8" pumpkin, as stated above, you'll need one from a manual Super Coupe. There's one in the Pick-Your-Part wrecking yard in Bakersfield if you feel like taking a drive. Otherwise, you'll need some patience. Maybe a lot.

The 8.8 fits. I might just have to go down to Bakersfield and pick it up. Hoping no one has taken it yet. Anyone in Bakersfield willing to go check if its still there? I'll pay to get it pulled and shipped if its there.

If you had to, you could buy an 8.8 and have a set of 2.73s swapped in.

It's a long drive for sure. Whether it's worth it or not depends on your budget. Buying an 8.8 and swapping in some 2.73s would probably cost more than a rod trip down to buy it. Paying someone to buy it and ship it to you would also probably cost more than the road trip.
The car has been in the yard a month. I saw it two weeks ago. I happened to be in Bakersfield and went to the yard. The only part missing off the car then was the supercharger. I'm too far away to consider going back for it, and shipping it whether from my location or from Bakersfield would be expensive.

$200 is too high. Plus it'll cost another $150, maybe more, to ship from Ohio to San Jose.
