read through this:

yes, you can get stroker kits through morana, SSM, or just get a 4.2 setup from a F-150
how much & where can i get a shift kit & tranny cooler???
Read through the trans articles here:

Also, if you want a built transmission, contact Darrin. He also sells pre-modded valve body kits. Trans cooler can be had from Jeg's or Summit

what gears should i put in rear...
Personally, I'd say 3.73's or 4.10's. I'd suggest getting an 8.8 and track-lok while you're at it. Several members on the board can build you one

If it is going to be raced and daily driven, go for 3.73's. You could also go for 3.55's. miller1995 runs these and I haven't heard any complaints

posi is a chevy thing. ;) The correct term is Track-lock (unsure of the spelling). To find out what gears you have, read this:http://www.tccoa.com/articles/gears/gears.html
