I drive a 95 automatic mustang 3.8L with 2.73 gears (bleh)

I'm going to have the following:

Mac CAI
56+mm BBK TB
25% UD pully
Ported upper/lower
Ported SC heads
RPM cam
manifold spacer
GT take-off exhaust

What kind of power should i expect at the wheels? Minimum, max?

Id spend your money on some gears first. They cost less than heads, and you will definitely be able to feel it in the old butt dyno.

Yea but i pretty much have all of this stuff already. I either traded for it, or i'm parting it off my SC to put on my N/A 3.8 stang.

Not only that, but i like my highway gears for the time being.

rancherlee made 165rwhp properly tuned with:

UD pulley
base ported heads
207/215 (mild) cam
ported upper/lower intakes
60mm throttle body

I think that's about it. What kind of cam are you getting? Mik specs some awesome custom grinds, but his off-shelfers are great too. Are your heads just base ported? Is your ported upper intake base ported or is it cut&weld? Was there any intake runner length removed? If no runner length was removed you'll gain some torque with the spacer, probably around 5-7rwtq. With a cut&weld upper, ported lower, mild cam, ported heads, and UD pulley, with a good dyno tune and some timing worked in I think it could be capable of about 160-170rwhp

Have you thought about 1:8 roller rockers? Should be good for an easy 20 HP gain at the crank?
 try about 5-6hp, they add some lift and only 1-2* duration
