SO I went out and had single 3 inch exhaust from the back cat to a 2 1/2 y split into two comp. razor muflers. Now, It is loud is hell inside the car like a 60hz tone around 2k rpm. It disipates at 2.5k rpm so I can hang. So my question, did I go too overboard with that huge of pipe? I mean, I also did a few mods about the same time. I noticed A big differance in performance but it could have been the chip or the filter. So Am I lossing Torque from to much flow?

Sounds like you left all three cats in place? if so you aren't losing torque, and aren't making more power. I would suggest a 2.5. When you make more power you can do the front part of the exhaust, and won't have to mess with the rear exhaust.

What mufflers are you using? You should think about a resonator, 3" in, 3" out.
