felpro

Hello

Yes, you will need to raise your engine. About 3in or so.

Felpro sells a oil pan gasket with 4 corner slide studs. Install them in the corners slide the gasket on, put the goop in the corners then slide up the oil pan. install the pan bolts, Remove the corner studs, install corner bolts & torque to specks.

If you have to remove the pan, you might have to raise it higher.

thank you sir. I am just going to do it saturday. gives me more time to do it.

NOW can the oil pan leaking cause the clutch to slip? because my clutch, BRAND NEW, slips real bad under moderate acceleration. I hope this is the problem. The rear main was changed so i don't think thats it. Thanks in advanced.
