New? Or remanned? I don't recall which years (94+?) but the later ones are more desirable than the older ones for some applications. Might want to get the casting number if you can a check it.

also it's at an auction....

yea I'm going to check out the casting number today. It's a new block. The cams are in a box on the side with lifters, so there's an extra cam unless you can fine some way to use it lol. All new. I don't need it, but if it was going cheap and i knew what it was worth i might pick it up.

An engine that is bored .060 over isnt worth alot. That means you have no more room for errors. If you wree to blow it up and slightly scrape a cylinder you might as well get a new block because it will either have to be sleeved ( not recommended ) or junked.
Just my opinion,
Chris
