I am back again, looking for suggestions. 
I have been trying to determine the problem with the engine. It will not turn more than 20 degrees without binding up. I thought that the engine had jumped time so I removed the timing chains and found the passenger side tensioner was stuck and the chain was very loose. I pulled the cam to inspect and it appears to have spun in the bearings, like no oil. Do you think this engine would be repairable or should I go with another one. 140k and clean. I did not remove the heads to check the valves I just put it all back together.
