I'm building a ghetto-rigged engine stand to work on my 302 and need some dimensions.

First, what's the flywheel-crank pulley distance (if not that, some form of front-back dimension)

Second, what's the distance between the bottom of the sump on the oil pan and the top of the intake manifold (agian, if not that, any kind of height dimension.)

Third, what's the distance between the motor mount centers and the flywheel?

Last, what's the distance between the motor mounts (horizontal dimension between left and right.)

Thanks,

JK

These are for the short block, I can't remember the ones for it fully dressed.

Length 27 1/2 Inches With a Short Serpentine Water Pump
Width 18 3/4
Height 20 3/4 Inches With a Front sump oil pan (Mustang Pan) I think the T-bird is the same...I could be wrong....
I don't know the other Measurements you asked for but I will get back to you If I get them.

I hope this helps.
Good Luck!!!

Hey, thanks man. I think if anything, the sump on the Mustang is deeper so if I build it with the longer dimension in mind, it'll be fine (better too long than short as they always said in woodshop.)

Thanks again,

Josh
