i noticed on ebay that x and s type jags have the 5x108 bolt pattern....means there rims would work for our cars......i know they might be alot smaller....but thats good news because more wheels might come out and such....if im not an idiot and this is the same pattern as our cars

A few things to be aware of, though - the offset might be different than the 39mm of the T-Bird, meaning the wheels might stick in or our further, you'd also need to be sure there aren't any brake clearance issues, and the hub flange night be a different diameter, requiring hub-centric rings, which may or may not work.

Jaguar S-Type shares the platform with the Lincoln LS. So the wheels are the same bolt pattern, but they have too much positive offset. You will need spacers to make them fit properly on an 89 - 97 Bird / Cougar.
