Would it be possible if i had all the front body parts from like a 94, hood, fenders, bumper, lights etc, to put those on my 89, cause i like the way the lights on the 94 look and want to know if it would be an easy conversion.

Should be relatively easy, if you have a 94-95 parts car. You'll need the Hood, bumpers, lights, the bar behind the lights (I think).

the fenders didn't change from 89-97, so basically you're looking at the front bumper, lights, hood, and the mounting hardware. And then of course the rear bumper. If you're going to that much trouble, why not go all the way and use SC bumpers.

The 89 uses two separate bulbs for high/lows and I believe 94 and above uses the same bulb for both correct? Because they have the parking lights in the center. You would have to see a picture to understand.

Yup, 89 will have four bulbs, the 94 has a single bulb for both.

The rewiring for the different headlights is very easy. I did the reverse (converted a 97 harness to run my 90 headlights) on my XR7.
