Is the 95 Tbird Mercon or Mercon v?
I read somewhere that mercon5 will go thru the seals and stuff on a pre 96 Transmission. I may have been reading wrong.
I dont wanna put the wrong stuff in my tranny after i get it rebuilt.
Im getting a Cooler also. This thing isn't going bad again. Unless its me throwing it off a cliff after I convert to manual Trans.
Thanks,
Allan

Bah! Thats what they want you to think. Mercon v is totally acceptable (and practicly required... :D ) for the '94-'95 trannys, and "the man" even recommends it for the earlier aod's!

A case (12 quarts) of merc. v may cost $32, but a rebuilt transmission cost $1000 or more. What would you rather pay for?

Wish i could afford a deniis tranny.
Im getting mine rebuilt by a place called netgearheads.com
835 they pay shipping.
Seems like the best deal around. They dyno test it and give me a 12 month unlimited mile warranty so thats what im doing.
Just gotta get the thing to the shipping place. with no car thats tough.
