Does anyone know if the '97 T Bird has a seperate flasher for the emergency lights than the directional flasher. My turn signals work fine, fuses are all good but the emergency flasher lights are dead in the water. I thought that it might have a seperate flasher but my book is not clear on this???

Thanks, Phil

Thanks for the good information. Maybe I will take the switch apart and clean it out. I have found that quite often I can revive switches with some good electrical contact cleaner. Usually the problem is just dirt.

Thanks, Phil

Thanks for that great link. It mey be quite a while before I find enough time to do all that, so I think I will just throw some flares in the trunk in case of an emergency. What a pain that switch is. Phil
