I dont remember the pt# but i bought mine from ford for only 35 bucks, its listed as one for a 96up stang gt 4.6 2 v motor. Lots of them on Ebay too

I thought the way AC compressors worked was that the pulley was an idler until the clutch was engaged? Are you wanting to remove it for weight or something?
And I can't see rerouting the belt to bypass the compressor working, because skipping the AC will end up skipping the tensioner.
