So I installed a PI intake in my 95 bird and everything runs great until the engine warms up, then it has trouble idling. Sometimes dying when I go to put in in gear. I think I hooked the vac lines up right: back of plenum to the tee on the firewall, and front of plenum to PCV? I changed the IAC, and that helped a bit. I also shot some starting fluid at the various gaskets hoping a raise in idle would show a vac leak, but none did.. Anyway, being that it only happens when warm I'm thinking EGR? What are your thoughts?

Also, when its idling like that, it sounds good from outside the car, but almost exactly like a diesel from inside the car. Even the gf commented on that..

EGR is not used during idling. You likely have a vacuum leak. It's easy to damage the small plastic hardlines.

Yea, turned out to be I just needed a hose clamp on the hose to the IAC.
