I think i have a air bubble in my cooling system how would i go about bleeding it out?

use the little vent plug, on the front of the intake and sticks up by where the radiator hose comes off the intake. Make sure its filled to the top of that vent tube then put the plug back in.

Ok thanks , because i was told i'd have to remove the upper heater hose and "burp" it, this sounds a little easier

If you still have a problem, simply insert a flushing adapter into the highest point on the heater hose. Then once the car is warmed and coolant is flowing, simply gently loosen the cap on the flushing adapter until there are no bubbles. That and the vent will assure that all the bubbles are out.
