I have heard that installing air suspension hurts your handling, that it makes the car "float" through turns and such. I can sorta see how that can happen, but honestly i don't believe it too much. Is it true?

Depends on who you talk to. You can isolate each corner of the car so there is no air transfer. Other than that I have never raced or conered fast so I am not familar with what would feel like stock. So i have nothing to compair ro.

Well its good to know that I was right... I wasn't planning on getting it, I don't see the benefit for what I want the car to do, but it's always good to be right!

With the right set-up you can make the car handle better then coil springs. With the air suspension you can tune it to the ride you are looking for. Not all systems have this capable so thee answer is kind of of open ended. But yes air suspension can produce a tight feel when cornering but then be adjusted to a smooth ride on the way home.
