Sorry no pictures. You may want too gaet rid of the cats because they get in the way of the lines going to the throw out bearing or move the cut out in the bell housing different place.
I would try to get the machie shop to make you some thing to support the shifter extension rod. I bored a hole dead in-line with the hole that the shifter rod goes through in the shifter box and made a spiggoted bushing lined with teflon that bolt to the old shifter box but goes through the new one. Remember that the old shifter box has lots or some oil splashing around in it so it must be sealed well.
