Sorry, I used to keep Terraserver running, but they stopped paying the bill so we canned them. Let me tell you, the three nights after they posted Area 51 pictures were not fun. Spent my entire shifts in a 50 some degree server farm with a couple FBI agents trying to track down who was constantly causing the servers to reboot.
Try looking up the county auditor's website for the county of interest. Look for GIS links, and they might have a county-wide assembly of arial photos. Unfortunately, the technology varies alot from county to county. So, even if they have the information, it might be unusable.

If you scroll to the bottom of the frame on the lower left, you will see two items under "Imagery" Check one of them and hit refresh.
It depends on what area you are looking at. The populated cities and metropolitan areas zoom in real close. I can almost count the steps going up my front porch. Other areas you can barely make out an entire block.
