The tach, odometer won’t work at all. The dash lights come on but then they will go back off, checked all my grounds and my alternator is charging and I have a brand new battery in it. Anybody have any ideas?

Welcome.
First things first, how long have you had the car and did you have any of these problems when you got it or after you put the battery in?
Not sure about the tach. Odometer could be broken gears. Dash lights could be a bad head light or multi function switch.
