I can't even remember the last time I posted, but I've done a fair amount to my Turbo Coupe. I just installed Corbeau FX1 racing seats and have some ROH Snypers ready to go in. Whatcha think???

The video is me racing my brother in his 1990 Mustang LX 5.0. I ran a 15.34 that pass, my best for that day was 15.14 on 10 year old hard street tires.

Nice car. This summer I'll be looking for one. I found one a few years ago, just like this one, but with automatic (better for keeping boost, and full boost off the line, etc...) for 400 bucks at a used car dealership in Council Bluffs, but the damn wholesale dealer already bought it before I had a chance at it. Wholesalers are EVIL!!!!!! (sorry, if you happen to be one)

Turbo Coupe

You definately have a nice Turbo Coupe there. Always have my eye out for a clean one. Not so easy to find.

Keep up the good work.

Same thing happened to me when I was looking for a new car last Nov. Just happened to see a VERY slick black 87-88 Turbo coupe 5-speed in the back of a big dealer. I stopped, looked it over, and went into the office to ask about it. The dealer had sold it (and all of his other "old" trade-ins) to a wholesaler. Didn't even remember how much he got for it, or the name of the dealer. I just smiled and said that however much it was, I probaby would have paid more.

That is a nice TurboCoupe you've got there. Very slick.

Update!

I just got a NOS intercooler for an Isuzu NPR diesel truck. The core is about 15" X 20", so its pretty good sized. I just need to get a ranger radiator (Becool 60161) and I'll be set to go. I also just received my GIANT Forge blowoff valve. This thing is massive, has a ratcheting knob up top to adjust for boost level and a vacuum port that swivels 360*.

I also got my Corbeau seat brackets, so the racing seats are going in today, and I will be putting the rims on, can't wait to see how she sits now!!!

More parts in...

ROH Snypers, Mickey Thompson Drag Radials (275/40/17), Corbeau FX1 seats. This weekend I am installing my custom high-performance motor mounts, tranny mount and crossmember bushings, as well as my powdercoated valve cover and intake manifolds, oh, and the electric fuel pressure gauge. Enjoy ;)

Thats a nice Turbo Coupe, I bet its a blast to drive.

It brings back some old memories, a girl I dated in HS had one and I drove it all the time.
