With all this talk about movies I think we should should put together a list of movies we think are best by catagory:

Animated: Ice Age (funny as hell, I love that squirel-looking creature)
Drama: Clear and Present Danger (Harrison Ford is the best Jack Ryan, the hell with Ben Afflak)
Comedy: Rush Hour 2
Girlie Movie: What Women Want (don't ask)
Science Fiction: Contact

My opinions of a movie usually depend on mood.

But my favorites:

Drama: Shawshank Redemption, Animal Factory
Action/Drama: Scarface
Animation: 2fast 2furious, LOL, just kidding!
Horror: House of a 1000 corpses, Texas Chainsaw Massacare(some parts)
Comedy: Office Space and Spaceballs
Chick Flic: None, I was forced to see what Women want with my girlfriend, I ended not getting what I wanted after the movie< :mad:

Comedy: old school/ Van Wilder/office space
western: blazing saddles :leftright :D
Horror: not very many good ones, although I do dig horror flicks. I'd have to say house of 1000 I guess
SciFi: Donnie Darko or Evil Dead
Car: american grafitte (sp?)
Drama: Boondock Saints (thats a drama isnt it?)
Forgin: 28 days later (isnt that forign?)
chick flick: somthing about marry?

I'm surprised this thread has yet to turn into people questioning others' choices. Anyway, my calls:

Animated: Are you kidding? I could do a whole thread on this one alone. No comment for now.

Drama: Heat

Sci-fi: Alien (the Ridley Scott directed, non-director's cut version). 2 wasn't bad either because of Paxton. Runner Up: Dark City. Yes, the story stunk. But the visuals...

Action: War: Full Metal Jacket. Runner Up: The Great Escape. Western: The Magnificent Seven (Yul Brenner/Steve McQueen version)

Comedy: Road Trip. Slapstick Comedy: Duck Soup. Runner Up: Airplane
Dark Comedy: Dr. Strangelove. Runner Up: Heathers

Pretty hot, right? I would die a happy man if I could spend 20 minutes as the meat in a Sky Lopez/Krystal Steel sandwich...

...or Olivia del Rio and Sydney Moon. But you're right, Sky is quite luscious
