has anyone got any idea what might cause the "run" fuse to keep blowing in my t-bird? i have a post in general tech further detailing the problem, but any help would be appreciated.

I have searched too and was unable to find an answer - my '97 Bird keeps burning through the RUN fuse.

Okay, so I figured it out - the RUN fuse is fine until I press the OD cancel switch, so whatever it is, it's the OD cancel switch that's causing the fuse to burn out. Any ideas/suggestions as to what could cause that and what the fix could be?

Dude I'm having the same problem it does this somethings. WHY ? I'll be stuck on the side of the road, replace it then about the next day it blows.

I just replaced the fuse and tried each of the things that the fuse powers until it blew out. In this case, it was the OD button.
