Which part do I heat, bolt of "sleeve" around the bolt? Specificly need to get a bellhousing bolt (top drivers side) loose, because of it postition I have to use wrench (cant use my 18" breaker).

The part you want to heat is the part with the threads on the inside - the nut. But heating the whole assembly seems to help, and dousing it with some thin oil when hot will help.

If you have a stick welder and some carbons, you've got it made - a single carbon in contact with the fastener with about 100 amps heats it real good. Just be sure not to draw an arc.
