Rubber Bolt

Hello

That is the front K mount. Access might be under the back seat.

Your problem is the Rubber bushing is sticking to the bolt. You might try some Break free like PB Blaster.

If you are replacing the Bolt also you might just cut it off. Between the upper rubber bushing & upper spacer. This leaves a short stud to remove with a Vise grip.
You said the bolts turns, Right?

Long bar

Hello

To try to remove the bolt. I used a 3 to 4 ft. pipe on a ratchet. I used an impact socket. Make sure your not between the car the pipe. Pull on it .
Doing this it might break the bolt free from the rubber.
Also be careful that the bolt might break.

But remember this don't always work.

Just did this last week. On mine the bolt was rusted to the sleeve in the bushing. I used a breaker bar and tore the center out of the bushing. Just make sure you get a new bolt at the junk yard too.
