What's next... repair it? You got any pictures of the break, how bad is it?

When I removed mine and broke it, I just got another one. Or, you could have your broken one fiberglassed.

I'm not sure you can anymore, if yours broke then you just get another one and refinish it... However the OP is in Ireland so I doubt he can just "get another one" locally.

It has broke beside where the moonroof goes at both sides (the narrowest part of the structure). Yeah getting a second hand or new one where I am would be almost impossible. If I was to repair it with for example fibreglass would I just smear it around the break - obviously on the upper side of the liner, right.

duct tape/carpet tape does wonders for the back side , my 80 bronco i redid i had no headliner and the used one had been in a truck that had an engine fire. when the material was pulled off of it it hwas cracked due tot he heat. jsut a little duct tape and the new material held just fine.
