yup. some trimming of the foam core may or may not be needed.

if needed heavy duty blade will take care of it.

Shadowdragon did this and it looks pretty good. I have a bumper off a 93 SC and will be swapping to a 94-5 front end, I want to fill in the sides of the moldings and see what happens.

I didn't need to do any trimming to put mine on. You will need to alter your exhaust as the bumper is much lower. Try to turn the tips down and out as quickly as possible after the muffler. You WILL melt the bumper if you don't. I have a melted LX bumper that I ran without tips all together as proof.

Oops, I thought you did. Well I seen some pics from some one who had, maybe I'm loosing my mind?

I am getting ready to do my swap. SD, what type of exhaust are you running? I have thought of modding my SC rear to accomodate tips coming out.?. Still not sure.

96-97 will likely have to modify the foam, but the 89-95 foam is the same from what I've seen

I've got the Dynomax catback for now, and I modded the bumper slightly, cutting the exhaust cutouts longer towards the middle so I could more easily get the tips to clear without putting in a 90* bend and twisting it outwards. What I did was cut the tip off the mufflers just after the bend and got tips and a size adapter and torqued the angle downwards even more, and a little outwards. I've seen some who have cut the bumper so the tips come straight out, I'm still a little undecided on that, especially knowing how hot those tips can get I would be worried about discoloration by cutting the hole small, and of course a big gap from cutting the hole bigger.

This pic shows the old tips nicely, I got wider and shorter tips while the bumper was in the paintshop...

I just cut the tip off of my stock exhaust and welded on a tip that pointed down more... I'm poor so it was an easy fix! :D

Yeah, do what Justin said...work smarter not harder. Just go to Autozone, get a couple hangers that are a little longer, and you're in good business. Fits like a charm. Since everyone else is showin' off...
