Whats the best way to burp these motors? I still have air in my system, I thought my thermostat was bad, but it just turned out to be air. A buddy of mine told me to Let it run, then when it cools down again crack the cap, fill it if needed, then repeat.

How about this fill the system with the upper rad hose off of the T-stat housing. Then when you fill it the air comes out and doesn't get trapped in the system. That is how I do it. I haven't had any problem with needing to burp the system. Also you could do what Chevy does and put you an air bleeder in the top of the T-stat housing that would let you get the air out any time you wanted.

I think I got most of it to all of it out. I just kept letting it warm up, then shutting it down, then take off the cap. I should have filled up the intake last night when I had the Thermostat out of it, but my Ultra Copper for the intake hadn't dried yet.
