MOST definitely!! I read in a ford manual that it was 20 lbsl-ft. cost me a set of heads.

And you'll need something to hold the engine from turning over.
for stock cam or pi cam at the back end of the shaft you can use a 3/8 rachet drive to hold it from turning.

for aftermarket cams there usually have a hex part size either 13/16 or 15/16 (i can't remember which) where you can put a wrench on it to hold it from turning.
