The answer is yes. I took out the glove box and me and my friend removed the electric door opener. After that we took it apart and took off the shaft and puy it back in. There is a gear on the end off the shaft and it allows you to grab it to move it to open it and close it for hot and cold.
Well I think me and tricky are talking about two different doors. I was talking about the air director, like defrost, panel, floor, etc. That is behind the radio. He is talking about the temperature control door, which is next to the blower motor and heater core.
