Whats the difference between these two part numbers,

I am trying to buy vent Shades for my cougar.

and then

I would guess that they are the same. GTS81325 is probably GTS's p/n and Y000_GTS81325-SY is Streetbeatcustom's p/n. Notice the "GTS81325" is common to both numbers.
