If the key spins freely in the tumbler, there's a module about halfway down the steering column, that may have gone loose. Happened to me

looks like i will have to change the steering colum as i see the pin that came out and i did get it in place but it seems like it will just fall out again. im now starting the car with the white box. it wil have to wait until warmer weather.

Any pics of the fix? Mine happened when I was turning right onto a main road. It refused to turn, so I forcefully urged it on and now I have to pull the 20A under the hood to shut it off. Any pics of what I should be looking for an a way to Jerry-rig it to work?
