I have been to Carlisle many times with my Chrysler group and would love to go. One of OUR problems is that we have a hard time getting everyone to register with the same exact club name.

If you have 25 registered cars you get a free tent. We have had 30 cars there but

20 of them used Chrysler 300M Enthusiast Club,
5 of them used Chrysler 300M Club,
2 of them used 300M Enthusiast Club
3 of them used 300M Club

and NO FREE TENT

How do you guys manage this problem? Do you even try?

All years and models of Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and Edsel. This year, the Cougar will be the featured vehicle, since it is the 40th anniversary of the 1967 introduction.

I've gone for the last 5 years, but may skip this year to do the Hot Rod Power Tour instead. If I do go to Carlisle, it will be in my 68 Cougar, rather than my SC.

cheers

Ive been the last few years, and will probably go this year.Since Ed is probably going to be busy elsewhere, anyone in the WNY area who wants to travel together, or ENY for that matter, let me know. I usually head down on the Thursday, but am flexible. As far as registering as a group, it rarely happens. But we have enough tents. Just bring some chairs and refreshments. The MidAtlantic guys always have a good turn out.
Just keep in mind, that most guys only attend one big event a year, and that you might wish to give serious consideration between the S/C Shootout and this event. Both are excellent events.

I'll be there as always with the rest of the Mid-Atlantic crew usually about 15 or so. This show is the best we always have a blast even tho it rains every year.

I will have the Bird this year so we'll have to find a new Official Keg Transport Vehicle, guess we'll just throw it in someones spare tire well again.

See ya there T-B Medic. We'll have new shirts this year for the ADT so get your wife ready to buy this year.

Hotels usually run about 100 bucks a night there. Lots of Birds at the Hotel Carlisle. Thats where we'll be.

I think when I checked there website it was like $150 a night. I'm trying to see what I can afford to go to.
