How hard is it to do with the engine in?
I may need motor mounts also?
Any hints on either one?
I have a lift so it will be alot easier im sure.
Any good mounts to go with?
I think a motorcraft gasket will be best.

I don't think it's possible to change (the gasket) with the engine in the car unless you drop the K-Member.

For motor mounts you could go with th MN12 performance solid ones for $90 a pair, or the Ford OE Fluid filled ones for about $150. I chose the Ford OE ones becuase I wanted a little more vibration dampening than the solid ones could deliver.

I'm no expert though...

I am a service advisor at a nissan mitsu dealer
I looked it up in the labor guide and i dont think it called
for enough time to r&r the engine So maybe you have to drop the k member.
I guess ill find out the hard way.
If I have to pull then engine I may as well go ahead and order a stroker kit.
