I am not sure if this is a 4.6 thing or not, but expect to learn quickly here. On a sharp corner, the check gauge glows for just a moment. I am not talking about the check engine light, this is a different and red light.
Is this a standard light for this engine control, or is this a legacy of the engine swap into my supercoupe?
Any help appreciated....
Thanks
Ty

My car used to do the same thing a few years back. I found after inspecting everything that the oil level was 2 quarts low. The check gauges light can also come on if your fuel level is low also. Either of these could cause the check gauges light to come on during sharp turns.
Thanks

If your oil is full (which it probably isn't) than you should also check the connection to the oil pressure sending unit for any water/oil/grease/dirt clean it and crimp it slightly to make it grip the stud better. My bet though is that you are just dangerously low on oil.
