Is there a certain way to break-in a new T/C? I am getting one from P.I. For my '95 4.6L Cougar. Does anyone know how many 10ths the dennis chip drops in 1/4 mile? My current mods are: 3.73 , 80mm MAF, and P.I. torque converter.

My guess..all mods including chip...

Break-in: might be a good idea to avoid commanding lockup under high torque situations for a few hundred miles. The stock PCM won't lock you under WOT, but a chip might, depending on what options you ordered.
