I just picked up a freshly rebuilt MPII SC & Plenum with uncoated rotors is it worth opening up and installing coated rotors from my stock SC.

I wouldn't, now if you want call up Magnum Powers and get their new coating It might be. I have the same Blower/Plenum and get ~16PSI.
