Radiator tank filled the tranny w/ coolant. I have installed two (2)
B & M supercoolers in series and
bypass the tank outright. Will this
cool the fluid down enough or
should I add a fan? It has been
very hot here (95+) and if I toast
this tranny (if it isn't already
trashed) the whole thing might
have to go to the bone yard.

Whatever you do with the coolers, flush the trans, converter and coolers a few times. The clutches & electronics do not mix well with antifreeze.

I added a can of seafoam transtune and warmed it up
before draining and re-filling. It started shuddering when
shiftting into 2nd and then acted like it was stuck between gears
as it did not feel like it was engaged. I haven't driven it since
and I was hoping the heat might be the culprit instead of
something more.
