Thats how my day went, I made a trip to the store for some soda, car ran a little rough, came out cranked it over.... it stumbled and idled really rough, started ticking incredibly loud.... and than BANG!! back fire.... stall.... grinding noise.... popped the hood... one of my coil packs somehow broke the clips off of one of my spark plug wire boots, so that wire aparently jumped ship arcing on everything it could, and than caught itself in the serp belt, shredding both of them to pieces... upon further inspection the coil pack itself was damaged as well in the process. The car sat their for about 3 hours while I walked to the autozone about 2 miles away bought a new coil pack, all new plug wires, a new plug, and a serp belt and installed them in an Albertsons shopping center.... oh the looks I got

What a day... What a day....

Just thought I'd share this nightmare with everyone.

And people wonder why I call it Christine.....

That sucks man..I'm fortunate enough that when my first two motors went south they didn't actually die until I got in the driveway then it'd rollover dead with it's tongue out...

I guess it could be.... she seems to be B****ing enough.... also thought this was somehow related to the tick tap whatever noise but its not, I've learned to live with the noise she makes, but yesterday was rediculous. Also shes alive again, I drove her home after fixing the problems in the parking lot. Runs like she used to.
