And what deer you will see in the AZ ower desert are the size of Labrador retrievers, but weigh less and have spindly legs :)

I agree, I moved (eventually) from NW Colorado to Tucson and I don't miss watching for shiny eyes on and near the road. I had too many run ins with deer and elk.

One of many things I dont miss. I moved from Iowa to Phoenix metro area. No deer in the desert!

But you have Rattlesnakes I bet :) And you can hit them with know worry

Well, we have to worry about, and I am not being racist here:

Havelinas (little wild pigs, they have sharp bones and puncture tires)
open range pets
illegal aliens goofy from the 4 days in the heat crossing roads and such
drunks along the freeway walking back to the reservation

When I first saw this I though you were talking about your car. Glad it wasn't you.

When I'm up there in PA I always go dear hunting with my company rental car. Haven't bagged one yet.

I did almost hit a guy in a Cheby Monte Carlo who cut me off in traffic. I seriously considered hitting the jerk. He'd have been at fault for pulling in front of me. Rental cars are great for that.

Honest officer I tried to stop. :rolleyes: He just pulled in front of me with no warning...

yep the yankees up here cant deal with anything over 90 . LOL :)

N.C boy here in Philly :)

And I have been to Dallas enought to know that around 90 is the norm
