Here is a possible source for some hard to find OEM Ford parts:

http://www.vintageparts.org/partlocator.cfm

I'm not certain if an individual can order direct, but their inventory is linked to Ford's parts system computers at the dealerships. You'll need Ford part numbers to check availability on this site, or the local dealer can check availability of discontinued parts through Vintage Parts.

My local dealer just got me a new driver's side trunk LED panel today - brand new Ford OEM original part in the box.

Source of original tip: Sam and Chris at Bob Utter Ford/Lincoln/Mercury in Sherman, Texas:

To paraphrase Will Rogers: "Buy all the T'Bird parts you can son, they ain't makin' any more."

VicRattlehead, Move this if you must... didn't know where else to put it.

That is all...
