I have a custom hood with a hood scoop and needed holes cut at the bottom of the hood so fresh air can flow freely without tearing the scoop off at highway speeds. Well, as he was cutting it with the electronic saw, he accidently nipped my scoop and now I have a nice hole on top of the fiberglass scoop. I will take the hood off tomarrow and let the body shop fix it up. My question is has anyone had any trouble taking off the stock hood. It looks like it shouldn't be too hard from what I can see. Any help or input would be appreciated.

Remove the wiper arms then the cowl so you can gain access to all the hood bolts. I like to loosen the bolts then unclip the hood struts so they don't spring violently when you remove all the hood bolts. Don't forget to remove the light. I've lifted it up/down alone but I don't advise doing so.
