Hello. I had noticed a difference between the rear drivers side tire and the other three tires on the car. The rear drivers side tire is more in on the rear fender, while the other three are the same which is lined up with the edge of the wheel well. I also have rattling noise which seems to come from the back. The question i have is what kind of problem do i have, how serious is it, also is the repair very big and how important is it to get it fixed. Either right away or can i wait. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you mean the tire sits more towards the center of the car?

see if you can't swap it to the other side to see if it's the wheel or if there is indeed an alignment problem

Yes it sits more toward the center of the car. I will see if i can swap the tires out this week since it is really cold outside and then i will check to see what is the result. Can it be an alignment problem. The rims are all the same factory 10 spokes.
