Thanks to Jim I ended up with a newer bottom hinge from his 97 bird that was in excellent shape. My bottom hinge was really shot, so I wanted to do the swap asap. Thank god my brother had done this to his 96 bird, or the swap would have taken alot longer. We replaced the entire lower hinge, and the project took all of 45 minutes, using a jack and a milk crate to hold up the door. It lined up perfectly on the first shot, so life was good. thanks Chris & Jim!
