The passenger door is sagging very bad (about 2" on the whole lenght of the door).
Do I replace the whole hinge assembly (upper and lower = $100+) or do I need to fix only the pins and bushing?
What's a good and inexpensive source of Ford parts for this job?

Thx!
Lou

P.S.: I did a search but could not find the exact answer to my specific question.

If it's sagging 2" it's pretty good bet that the whole hinge is shot. The hinge pin replacement works on hinges with up to maybe 1/2" play at the door latch.

With the amount of play you have it's likely the holes in the hinges have been enlarged.

You could cut the pins out as per the many hinge pin replacement articles and check the hinge holes for yourself. If they are not enlarged, just carry on with the pin replacement.

Use the mn12performance directions and parts. I also documented my procedure here. My article provides the "Help" brand part numbers.

Good luck.

Thanks guys, I'll get the hinges from the stealership and play with it this weekend. It should be fun.

Thanks!
