Well 200,000+ on the stock motor and it sees it's fair share of WOT.

I love playing with the car on twisty roads...I usually leave it down in second for the tight spots and third for the straights....I just wish it could corner a lot faster in hairpins....that and I can't stand the shift lag going from second to third manually, but it's still fun.
I either need a real sports car, or a ton of upgrades for the bird. I would like a six speed with a nice short throw and a really light clutch that doesn't grab two inches off the floor like a Mustang....it's supposed to grab higher than that (like a Porsche or any other real sports car/roadster). If I can get that from my T-Bird someday, I would be a really happy man.

worst thing that ever happend to my car from driving like a meatball was a blown intake manifold.

I had to go with the last choice. I tend to get crazy in my car and I've replaced just about everything on it. The age doesn't help though with 174k on it (over 100k by me).
